We have all had these moments in the Akashic Records: you know what you want to ask about, yet you have a hard time getting to the “right” question. “What is it that I really want to know about?” Have you experienced this? Have you experienced this with anyone else you may have done a reading for?
Here’s what I do. Begin to tell your story. Begin to share all of your experiences, memories, and especially feelings about what you want to know and understand. Start at the beginning. Describe exactly what happened as far as you can remember. The details are great. How did you feel about what happened? Explain and share deeply about that. Keep going with what happened next and how you felt. Keep the focus on you. Keep going until you feel done with all of it.
This type of story telling is unique because it is telling yourstory. (Or if you are doing a reading for someone else it is all about them fully telling their story without the need for you, as the reader, to do anything other than listen non-judgmentally.) It is a time to be fully human with all of our emotions, truth-telling, angst, confusion, and especially our own point of view. When telling your story you do not need to add any “spiritual thoughts” about how the others in the experience really did not mean to hurt you, or you know you need to forgive them so you can heal, etc. Nope! This is all about you in your Akashic Records so it gets to be the story of your experience only.
As you speak the truth of your human experience you might remember long, forgotten details, you might have other memories that seem disconnected pop out of your mouth to be shared as well. All of this is okay…and better than okay…it is great!
What is really happening when you do this truth-telling in the space of your Akashic Records is that you begin to heal. You are open to the divinely loving and non-judgmental space of your records. You are held safe and secure in that space. As you tell your story you begin to heal, understand, release and let go.
It is one of the most powerful things you can do in your Akashic Records. Tell your story.
I have seen this bring about miraculous release, understanding and healing with so many of my clients. In fact, I have had clients who have completely released and come to a new understanding of long standing issues simply as they told their story. I have personally had experiences in my own Akashic Records where I discovered a sense of relief and release by telling the story of what happened from my point of view.
So, the next time you have someone ask you a short question while you are reading their records, such as “Why can’t I ever be in a good happy relationship?” and you, as the reader, sit with their Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones waiting for the right answer for them, ask them to tell the story of what their experience with relationship has been.
Or the next time you are feeling stuck about any aspect of your life and you feel you just can’t get to the bottom of it in your own Akashic Records…tell your story, from your point of view. Let it be raw. Let it be true from your own point of view. Let yourself be released because you can finally be completely honest about your experience in the most loving place you could possible be.
See what magic can unfold from there!
Have you told your story in your Akashic Records without needing to have the answer first? I would love to hear what some of your experiences have been with this simple and powerful tool to use in the Akashic Records.
