Refund Policy for Digital Product

As access to the Digital Product is immediate, refunds are not possible after the login or download information has been sent.

Refunds for purchases more than 90 days old

Refunds are not offered on orders that are greater than 90 days from date of first payment, independent of what the purchase is for. The full value of what was paid can be held for up to 1 year and applied to other services, courses or products.

Session booking cancellation

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the session appointment time will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the session time can either be rescheduled once only or a receive full refund, less $50 for administrative processing. If there are 2 client cancellations for the same session, that session is forfeited.

Cancellations are accepted via e-mail or phone.

Event Cancellation by Holly Hawkins

Holly Hawkins reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If  an event is cancelled by Holly, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Holly Hawkins has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Holly Hawkins is not responsible for any flights, accommodation reservations or any other costs incurred by registrant due to cancellation of an event.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Registration cancellations received more than 3 days prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee.

Registration cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. It is up to the discretion of Holly Hawkins to credit the value of the registration to the participant for another future event.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose to not attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted by email or phone only.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all Holly Hawkins Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Unclaimed Sessions or Products

Sessions are to be booked within one calendar year from date of purchase.  If not used within 12 months of purchase, the credit for any sessions will be honored at the value that was originally paid.  The credit can be applied to the purchase of sessions, courses or products at the current value*.
